Our supported residential facilities are designed to provide 24-hour supports to individuals with moderate to severe developmental disabilities and medical needs in Rhode Island. We also offer semi-independent living situations for those with more advanced life skills, as well as provide services to assist families with the care of their loved ones at their own homes.
