Assistant Manager Responsibilities include: Supervision of Direct Support staff Maintaining POSITIVE communication with family and friends Ensure individuals are actively participating in the community Schedule recreational activities to reflect the interest, likes, and choices of the individuals Administer, document, and train staff to understand and follow healthcare and behavior programs
Provide overall SUPPORT and ASSISTANCE to individuals with daily activities. Help individuals achieve their goals. Aid individuals with direct support and direct service. Must have at least 2 years experience in working with individuals with developmental disabilities. Also, 2 years management experience in Human services, or related field. Must have a High School Diploma/GED, Bachelor Degree a plus, good driving record. Clean criminal background. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
