West Bay Residential Services is looking for FLEXIBLE Direct Support -Subs. to assist individuals with daily living skills.

Direct Support Staff provide assistance to individuals to access choices and opportunities to help reach their highest possible level of independence.

Position responsibilities include:

• Supporting individuals with Healthcare needs and Behavior Programs
• Assisting with Speech, Physical Therapy, and Day programs
• Supporting individuals with daily activities including; household chores, personal care, errands, and meal preparation.
• Aid individuals in building relationships within their community
• Follow and monitor care plans

Help individuals participate in fun, leisure activities that promote choice and opportunities such as bowling, bingo, shopping, and dancing.

Direct Support Staff receive a comprehensive training program, in areas of:

• CPR/First Aid
• Nutrition
• Human Rights
• Positive Behavioral Support
• Healthcare
• Physical Therapy
